Reservation Guidelines:

1. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive an emailed confirmation from
Captain Ron's Original Dells Jet Boats.

2. We do not accept same-day online reservations.  If you are booking a tour for today, then you will need to call 608-254-8246 or 1-888-JET-DELL for reservations.

3.  If you are not at the ticket Booth 30 Minutes prior to your tour then we will sell your seat to the next person in line.  

4.  Please take a look at our directions page!  We only have 1 ticket location where your reservation is valid.  

5.  We will call back groups of 8 or more to add a credit card to your reservation.  Reservation is not valid with groups of 8 or more unless a valid card is on file.

6.  Don't forget to check out our "Web Special" page for your online Discount!

7.  If you would like to purchase tickets over the phone we do accept Mc/Visa.  We will then mail you an E-ticket.  Our Ecommerce page will be coming soon to make purchasing easier for our passengers.
